Returns of Non Faulty Products:

We allow you to have 14 days from the day that you recieve the order to recieve a full refund for your order excluding postage.

As it is your option to return the goods we require you to pay for returning goods if they are not faulty.

This only applies to products that have not had the seal broken including pre-soldered products.

Returns will not be accepted if a board has been modified and is not faulty.

The day you receive the order is estimated. 1st class will be 3 working days from shipping. 2nd class will be 5 working days from shipping and international will be 10 working days from shipping.


Returns of Faulty Products:

We provide a 1 Year return period for all products we sell depending on the nature of the issue and what has caused the issue.

Products will not be deemed returnable if they have been modified in any way or an out of spec voltage has been applpied.

After 3 months it is then up to you to prove to us that the product is faulty. Normally a video or multiple images should suffice. We will request this in the email.

For most returns we will normally ask for a picture of the electronics kit before processing it. This in most cases speeds up returns and makes it quicker for both parties.

Returning it to us:

We recommend goods over the value of £50 to be sent via a Signed method. It is your choice what speed you would like us to receive the package. If the goods are lost in transit back to us we would be unable to refund the product. It is your responsibility to ensure goods are insured and proof of postage is retained.

For ALL returns we recommend acquiring proof of postage, in the UK this provides cover up to £20 via Royal Mail. Other services may vary.

To return your product email us at info@iqaudio.com for an RMA number to process the return. We may require a copy or printed out invoice included.

We will refund product costs if we find the product faulty, if not we will not refund and charge you for the return postage.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you, may vary up to 30 days depending on original postage method used.
