In some cases orders may not arrive within the originally predicted times. Here are the policies we have to follow as set by the postal services.

Royal Mail

Royal Mail 1st Class & 1st Class Signed For

Usually these should arrive the day after shipping with the latest being 2 days. In some cases this may be later. 

We require to leave it 14 days before we can declare the shipment lost and process a replacement or refund.

Royal Mail 2nd Class

Usually these should arrive within 2 days after shipping with the latest being 5 days. In some cases this may be later. 

We require to leave it 14 days before we can declare the shipment lost and process a replacement or refund.

Royal Mail International Standard

Usually these should arrive within 5 days after shipping with the latest being 10 days. In some cases this may be later. 

We require to leave it 28 days before we can declare the shipment lost and process a replacement or refund.

Royal Mail International Tracked / Signed / Tracked & Signed

The service type used depends on shipping location. Some countries only provide one of the above methods. All provide the same compensation.

If both a tracked or signed method is available we will usually tracked. If a tracked and signed for method is available we will use this.

Parcelforce

Parcelforce 48 Hour

Usually these should arrive 2 days after shipping, parcels can not be declared as lost until 5 days after the last tracking event.

Parcelforce 24 Hour

Usually these should arrive 1 days after shipping, parcels can not be declared as lost until 5 days after the last tracking event.

Parcelforce By 10AM

Usually these should arrive by 10AM the day after shipping, parcels can not be declared as lost until 5 days after the last tracking event.

Parcelforce Saturday

Usually these should arrive 2 days after shipping, parcels can not be declared as lost until 5 days after the last tracking event.

Parcelforce orders are not delivered on a Saturday and are delivered on weekdays. If Parcelforce Saturday is used then the parcel will only be delivered on the Saturday.

Parcelforce orders shipping date can vary depending on collection times. We may ship it out but it may not be collected by parcelforce until the day after.

UPSToday

Usually parcels should arrive within 2 days with the average being 3 days from shipment.

We can not declare it lost until 5 days after the last tracking event. 

UPSToday shipping date can vary depending on collection times. We may ship it out but it may not be collected by UPSToday until the day after.

Dispatch Times

We aim to ship most orders within 1 working day with some cases being 2 working days for large orders or events. Weekends and public holidays are not working days.

Most orders placed are shipped within 48 hours.

Refunds

We are not able to offer shipping refunds if the order arrives later than expected.
